I work with a guy who runs daily. Eats healthy. Preaches about it. He knows I used to be in shape, and hes overly pushy about wanting me to get on his schedule with him. He eats a salad every day with a couple of hard boiled eggs, no yolks. Me, I steal the yolks, salt them up, and eat them. He prattles about health crap every time.
We had our annual health screenings, and my cholesterol was perfect, and his was high.

I agree that people who push healthy shit are silly, but if if you keep it to yourself, nothing wrong with it

It turns out refraining from eggs hasn't helped to lower cholesterol. So the question comes to, what factors do play a role in the cholesterol level? Could be stress...

I love hard boiled eggs but only eat the whites. I used to eat chips now I don't I also try to limit how much salt I eat. Since I started this I lost around 20 pounds and am now working on abs.
